High Chair

Last week, Daddy and Mummy tried letting Jaden sit on a baby highchair. Jaden can sit rather well in them. Hmm..this will make eating out so much easier and convenient.

The only thing is that Jaden will try to grab whatever things he can get hold of from the table.

To 'appease' him, Mummy and Daddy will try to give him harmless stuff instead :) Like a serviette.

However, paranoid Mummy is still a bit wary about chairs that seemed too flimsy or dirty. If no suitable baby chairs are available, Jaden dear, you will have to go back to your stroller :)

Biscuit

Jaden: Where's my biscuit?

Jaden: Hmm.. How do I eat this thing?

Jaden: Yummy!

P.S Mummy: Eating biscuits is a messy affair.

Teeth

Finally, the teeth have appeared. After a long teething period, Jaden is now sprouting two lower teeth. Although the teeth are not fully out yet, they can be clearly seen :)

Jaden is very active in his playpen. He will move around 'violently' in the pen and will scatter his toys all over. Look, Jaden has just pulled down the music mobile.

First Car

Jaden got his first car this week.

He seems to enjoy sitting on it.

Purse those lips

Ha...Jaden knows how to purse his lips.

I want that toy!

Daddy and Mummy brought Jaden to Toy r Us last weekend. Now that Jaden can sit up in his stroller, he will try to reach out for those toys on the shelves. Mummy isn't too adverse to this new behaviour as she thought that it was a good opportunity for Jaden to explore the environment.

Hint to Daddy: Jaden will like to have more toys.

Tickle Me Elmo

Mummy bought the "Tickle Me Elmo" toy a few months ago. Jaden doesn't appreciate the toy yet as he just stared at Elmo falling to the floor and picking himself up again while laughing hysterically.

Note: Elmo's laughter gets on your nerves after a while :P

Sitting pretty in stroller

Since Jaden can more or less sit unassisted now, Daddy and Mummy have adjusted the stroller such that it is no longer in a reclining position. Hmm...Jaden looks like a big boy now.

Sick

Jaden fell sick last week :(

Mummy brought him to the PD and he was diagnosed with a sensitive nose. As there is a lot of smoke during this period due to the 7th month (burning of incense paper), Dr Heng said the polluted air had probably aggravated the condition, causing Jaden's nose to be stuffy and runny. So Mummy and Daddy had to avoid bringing Jaden outdoors during this period.

Thankfully, he is getting better now :)
